Ice Caves: The new ice cave is a new cave biome for players to explore and acquire new materials, this cave consists of packed ice and calcite, with icicles forming on the ceiling with larger icicle structures made out of packed ice, both hanging from above and forming below. Patches of snow will occur in random areas of these caves and unlike other cave biomes, the glow lichen will not appear at all.

Ice Crystals: This item is very similar to the Amethyst crystals that you can come across within the Amethyst geode's, and just like those crystals, they act the exact same way, however this crystal can produce light.

Icicles: The icicle is a new speleothem-like block, very similar to dripstone and the Sulfur spikes, these new icicles can be found within the ice caves along the ceiling, and these blocks when pointing downwards can naturally grow up to 5 blocks in length. Unlike the dripstone, the icicles can not grow within any type of light source, but also these icicles can be placed in any direction.

Frostbite: The new Zombie Variant is somewhat similar to it's husk skeleton neighbour, when it hits you it can cause a freezing effect, using either melee attacks for close range or through long-range attacks with an Ice ball. These zombies only spawn in cold/icy biomes, they can drop both Rotten Flesh and Ice Balls when killed.

Freezing Effect: The new freezing effect does what it says, if attacks by a Frostbite or the Husk, the player will have a freezing effect which causes the player to shake and eventually deal damage, essentially as if you was in powdered snow. The freezing effect can also be made into a Lingering potion, splash potion and regular potion by using an Ice Ball in the brewing stand.

Ice Ball: The Ice ball is a new projectile object and just like a snowball, you can throw at any player and mob you want. However, this projectile can be used by the Frostbite Zombie. The ice ball can deal 4 bits of health depending on the velocity of the ball.
